Wow, it's been awhile since last post,
We had a very busy winterization season which I like to have complete by Thanksgiving and I did in fact get all our Service Agreement Clients done by that deadline,
However since then our phone seems to ring every day with another customer needing winterization, which has been okay since December had a average temp of 55 degrees!
But as of this week temps have gone well below freezing and we have had 3 freeze up and broken Lawn Sprinkler Systems where the homeowners had to frantically look for the Lawn Sprinkler Shut-Off Valve, and in one case the water ran for about 11 hours before they found us and we shut it off (quite a flood in yard!) not to mention a HUGE water bill on the way and a complete waste of our most precious resource "water",
So an added point to that is if you know where your Lawn Sprinkler Shut-Off Valve is and it is not labeled you should label it so if someone who does not know where it is can find it in the event of a emergency when the Lawn Sprinkler breaks for whatever reason,
It is actually a good idea to label all your water valves or when you have a plumber in your home ask him/her to do it for you, someday you may be glad you did!
And with all that being said We hope you all had a Happy and Healthy Holiday and we look forward to seeing you in the Spring!
And Thank You to all of our Pre-Paid Service Agreement Clients
We are Thankful for your Business,
Jimmy.
